On Monday we headed to Triberg in the Black Forest. The main attractions in the area are the
beautiful waterfalls, cuckoo clocks (and maybe the funny looking squirrels). It was a perfect crisp fall day. The area was so pretty.
Headed towards the falls looking back at the town
"J" and her cousin.
The Triberg
Waterfalls are a series waterfalls in the Gutach River, which are among the
tallest waterfalls in Germany with a total vertical drop of 496 feet.
"T" was traumatized by the thought of hiking up to the top of the falls. He had a "Stomachache" and a headache (which magically disappeared at the playground) but honestly we had pushed him so far outside his comfort zone in the last week that I let him skip most of the hike.
