The Germans are not (yet) as litigious as the Americans and that rocks! It results in amusement parks where patrons operate their own rides with absolutely no oversight by employees, and it allows for the creation of the best candy item ever. The Kinder Egg.
The Kinder Egg is a hollow chocolate egg filled with choking hazards AKA small awesome toys.
If only all candy was this much fun.
